Founded
Ed began visiting one high school, encouraging students during lunch hours.
Growing
Grew to 25 volunteers visiting 21 high schools and 500 students each week.
Sharing
Ed was invited to share his story and vision with youth and leadership teams around the world.
City-Wide Impact
Joined a speaking team reaching thousands at weekly, city-wide youth gatherings in Calgary, AB.
Partners
Moved to Kelowna, BC to help start The House, a satellite church serving university students near UBC Okanagan and Okanagan College.
University
Partnered with Third Space Life Charity to launch free counselling for university students in Kelowna, BC.
Team Expansion
Expanded supervision staff and doubled counsellors at UBCO, providing free counselling for hundreds of university students each semester.
1,000 Free Counselling Sessions
Delivered more than 1,600 free counselling sessions to UBCO students.
2,000 Free Counselling Sessions
Supervised 10 master’s-level interns, providing over 2,000 free counselling sessions via supervision.
5,000+ Free Counselling Sessions
Provided more than 5,400 free counselling sessions to UBCO students.
97 Master’s Students
Passed the mark of 97 master’s-level interns and reached 19,400 free counselling sessions via supervision.
20,000+ Hours & Teachers Initiative
Reached 20,000 free counselling sessions; introduced the Teachers Initiative and began rebranding.
