REACH Board Members
REACH Board Members are volunteer leaders who steward our mission with integrity. Drawing on experience in education, mental health, and business, they provide governance, financial oversight, and strategic counsel—so our team can deliver free, high-quality counselling to students, teachers, and families across Canada.

Keith Witt
Keith champions mental and emotional wellness for youth, young adults, and working professionals. Outside REACH, he serves the community as a Royal LePage realtor.

Mark Pasay
A long-time REACH supporter, Mark is driven to expand access to emotional and mental care. He strengthens our programs with his marketing and business expertise.

Scott Lanigan
Scott wears many hats as Lead Pastor at Trinity Church in Kelowna and with 15 years of youth work. He offers practical insight into the needs of young adults and the communities around them.

Wade Webb
A professional communicator, trainer, author, and coach, Wade energizes our board with a wealth of experience. He also serves as broker/owner at Royal LePage Kelowna.
